When you extracted the files from the archive, did you overwrite any files from previous versions? That’s known to cause issues with the game. I recommend extracting the game to a new folder and transferring your saves and mapping file to the new version. That will (should?) clear up any problems.
Alternatively, go into C:\Users\user_account\AppData\LocalLow
Delete the folder named “Faerin” and reload MotH.
Additionally, if you can, could you provide when and where the time freeze occurs? What scene (if any) this happens at?
It’s in the whole game. I already made the game with the frozen clock, it was only possible because I was advancing the time of 30.1 and 24 hours.
Ok. I’ll look into this and see what’s going on. It doesn’t sound as though it’s game breaking. More a cosmetic issue for immersion. I know there are some scenes where it appears time isn’t advancing and that’s in an animated scene or two IIRC.
In my case it wasn’t in some ‘scenes’, it was in the whole game.
Are there any MacOS users who have successfully been able to play the Mac version of MotH who might be willing to give me a hand? I’m wanting to add a section into the installation guide for Mac users to be able to play natively without having to use Wine or any VMs to play it through.

whats with the cheat icon on the phone? I don’t see any cheats listed anywhere
It’s used to increase MC’s stats, money and mood. You can also use it to cheat the time and day as well.
If you’re playing the introduction on day 1 though, the cheats app will remain locked until you complete the tutorial and receive the “Learning the ropes” achievement.

I’ve seen quite a few reports from people who were not able to complete MC’s general achievement #2 (Getting acquainted) even after having met the girls (Megan, Kathy, Valerie, etc..).
If you have everyone and everything else at 100%, (except for MC’s #2 and #16 achievements), here’s a fix:
Open your save using any text editor you prefer and search for the following characters..
Megan, Kathy, Valerie, Cassie and Linda.
Follow the suggestion in the screenshot for each of the above mentioned characters, save the file and reload in MotH.
I cant get the game to run on a Mac!

The Steam version (1.0.2c) allows you to play MotH natively without the need of a VM.
We see this question a lot.. so hopefully this helps..
Q: How Do I Get the Bonus Ending (General achievement #16)?
• You need to have all of the other achievements at 100%.
• A2: All items in your gallery (images, videos, scenes and collectables) must have been unlocked.
• A3: Claire’s suspicion and Ashley’s jealousy stats must be at 5 (max).
will the window’s save files will run on the android version?
There is no Android version and there’s no plans on releasing one.
Question:
I played the game on the downloadable version 1.0.2_extra.
I am nearly done with it (Clair’s suspicion still on the rise an Pam not finished yet), but 2 achievements seem broken, or I made a mistake:
I can not get the MC-achievement Nr. 2 (getting to know all the ladies): The X remain for Valerie, Kathy, Cassie, Linda and Megan.
I skipped something over in Ashley-achievement Nr. 4 (Scary Movie) one point as I donated her the negligee too early.
Are there any ways how this can be fixed? Or is there a newer version I am not able to find?

That was fixed with version 1.0.2c but there is a way you can fix that in your save.
Open your save in Notepad and search for Kathy, Megan, Valerie, Cassie and Linda, where it says “”
Under that, look for “false ” and change them to “true”. Save the file, then reload your save.
