You can boost their training with special items and make them earn more at the Doll House with improvements and buffs.
At the end of each day you collect the profit that your slaves make when working at the Doll House. And with this money you can then improve and expand your slave harem.

Slave House towards the back wall right of the fireplace (?)
in the brothel/doll house – on the crates in the kitchen-ey area
in the basement – as you said the one in the slave pen, and then also one on the dividing wall between cells 2 and 3 (you need to be looking north)
in the house – as you said, desk (with the letter), I couldn’t get a sink, but the chopping board in the north-west corner, and also against the grandfather clock, immediately you enter
outside – cabbage patch (north-east corner), park bench (west end), T-junction of path with stones on it (take the path from the slave house to your house), one of the 2 tree stumps in the south-east corner (the north-western of those 2), against the corner of the apothecary (south-western corner)
apothecary’s house – as you say chair and shelf behind the desk
slave house – as you say, one on the desk in the south-eastern corner, and another on the drape by the side of the fireplace
abandoned house – on the bed in the north-east corner (southern end of the bed), and on the open crate in the south-western corner
I need 3 more to get my doll to lvl 20 and out through the guards
Also – how do you buy a second doll?
Im stuck at 19 also but at v0.2 this is probably as far as you can go. Also, I can’t buy the other slave either through many attempts.
