Through dialogue with a psychotherapist, the developers gradually introduce the player to the main characters. These are members of the student’s family: younger sister Sarah, older sister Caroline and his mother. With the help of selected female characters and questions from a therapist, the authors hint at upcoming incest scenes. For example, using the methods of Freud’s psychoanalysis, Judy asks the protagonist about the sex appeal of his younger sister. In addition, one of the first scenes in the game is the kissing of the protagonist and his mother. As you progress through the game, of course, there will be other female characters.
The gameplay is traditional for games of this genre. We move around the map, study locations, enter into dialogues. At the beginning, only 4 locations are available: home, school, shop, sex shop. As the game progresses, other locations are added. In this case, the game displays the current time (morning, day, evening, night) and the day of the week. Time affects visiting locations (for example, the store is open only in the morning and afternoon, and the sex shop in the evening), the day of the week does not actually affect anything, only special events are provided on the weekend, the opening of which at the moment means the apogee of the development of relations with one of characters. A phone has also been added to Milfy City, where you can view statistics showing the level of relationship with each of the female characters. It is also used in storytelling – messages and photographs from characters come to it.
The game also has a classic inventory, which includes not only items purchased and picked up in locations, but also the money of the main character. It is worth noting that the authors did not introduce any complex economic system into the game. The player can earn both by picking up money in locations, and in mini-games available on the local computer. A total of 2 games have been added: stone, scissors, paper and a game for memorizing pairs of pictures. In addition, as you progress through the game, it will be possible to help your sister, mother or father with work, for which you will receive monetary rewards. Working with my sister is the most enjoyable because the player is invited to photograph her in challenging outfits, while choosing the right angles. Mom’s part-time job is cleaning office premises, i.e. simple clicking on certain items at the location. Working for my father is also not something interesting, you just need to look for a certain number in the list from their set.

At the same time, sometimes significant sums of money are required to complete the game to purchase various items. At the beginning of Milfy City, the player has no choice but to earn this money in annoying mini-games. Perhaps in this way the authors wanted to add at least some kind of obstacle in the way of the main character. In the course of the story, the player acts as a kind of sex bomb that almost every female in the game wants. During the passage of Milfy City, I read, probably, dozens of exclamations “what a big dick!”
As you know, the basis for any story is conflict. In the plot of the game under consideration, he represents only an initial conflict with the teacher, but in the future, the action is actually completely transferred to the family members of the student and other female characters. There is only one conflict in the family – the mother and father of the protagonist, which is only indirectly related to the latter. The player has to “achieve” erotic scenes very rarely. The passage of the game can rather be called “flipping” to these moments. Milfy City contains very few moments that can be called interactive. I remember only 2 situations that can be called logic problems. The player’s freedom of action lies only in which of the female characters to develop relationships with in the first place, also the minimum choice is presented in bed scenes. There are virtually no alternative answers in the dialogues. In most cases, the player simply selects the order of questions, or, more often, does not select anything at all, reading the next dialog box. When alternative answers are still present, the consequences of their choice are completely the same.
At the same time, the authors should be commended for reflecting the development of the relationship between the protagonist and female characters. The absence of a solution to any tasks during the passage does not allow us to say that the main character gets sex after the first dialogue. Moreover, scenes that can be confidently called incest become unlocked only after installing a special patch.
At the beginning of the game, only masturbation in the bathroom to the image of one of the female characters is available, as well as visiting one of them at night, in order to rub in every possible way without waking up. In the future, relationships with each of the female characters are built in different ways, based on their characters. As a result, with one of them you can only have anal sex, with the other it does not come to sex at all, with the third, in order to get to it, you need to read a bunch of tests about the character’s inner drama. It is worth noting that by the end of the currently available plot, I even began to be imbued with this drama (this is very strange, yes). The game has zero replay value. In one playthrough, you can open all the bed scenes in the game. You can return only for the opening of secret scenes, which are hidden in locations in the form of cards, but upon opening they represent one static picture. What Milfy City is worth loving for is the visuals and the sex scenes. The characters look realistic (yes, some of the characters still have somewhat hypertrophied body parts), the girls and women presented in the game can really be admired. The player does not seem to have a choice of positions for sex, but there is a choice from a blowjob,hand job, thigh job, boobs job, foot job… Also, the player is given the opportunity to choose the place where he wants to end.The main distinguishing feature of Milfy City is animation. All fans of erotic games should see how animated inserts are implemented. They can even be confused with real porn. The lack of sounds in sex scenes prevents you from completely immersing yourself in what is happening. A couple of music tracks are playing in the background (however, not annoying).

In general, Milfy City will appeal to those who expect only erotic games from erotic games, to the detriment of the gameplay, interesting story and at least some kind of variability. Despite the name, the female characters are handpicked to satisfy fans of both young girls and milf lovers (the latter, of course, has a wider selection).
At the moment, the game is only half completed, but there is already a huge amount of content in it. On the developers’ account, this is the 7th game of this genre, which gives confidence in the successful completion of the project.
